We want you to have full confidence with your purchase at Better Piece. Every item has been personally inspected to ensure it meets the mark before listed for sale, and special care is considered while packing the items so that they would reach you undamaged.

However, keeping in mind that when purchasing vintage/handmade items, we are also embracing the beauty of its aged characteristics, and sometimes, quirks that made them unique. With the above considered, we would not be able to assist with a return/refund in general.

But we do understand that in rare occasions, deliveries get mishandled. In that case, please get in touch hello@betterpiece.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

EXCHANGE

As there is only one piece of every item, it is truly one of a kind in the world. We would not be able to offer an exchange. To help you better with your selection, the measurements and multiple photos of every item are provided for in every product page, so that you only get the items that fit what you are looking for.
